We appreciate your understanding that classes are non-refundable. However, we would be more than happy to assist you in rescheduling to a session that works for you!

Opt-Out Request for Child’s Videos and Pictures

Email us with the subject line "Opt Out My Child for Videos and Pictures" to initiate the process.

Parent/Guardian Participation

Parents are encouraged to stay in the designated area during classes to maintain focus. Opportunities for parental involvement will be available during special events and showcases.

Behavior Policy

We foster a positive atmosphere and utilize a three-strike system for managing disruptive behavior.

Refunds Emergency Exceptions

In case of illness or emergencies, refund exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.

Registration Fee

A registration fee will be charged to secure your child's spot in the program. This fee covers administrative costs and includes access to the parent portal for scheduling.

Makeup Classes (Schools Only)

We will offer makeup classes at the end of the session. These classes will be scheduled collectively, and students will be informed of the specific dates and times in advance.

Dress Code

Students should wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing suitable for movement, along with required non-slip socks or bare feet.
